gather 'round to listen to my rules of Regar Sumi. If any are broken, you will be punished.
1. Do not beg me for positions - They must be IC'd for.
2. Do not already start with positions - They must be IC'd for.
3. No fighting with actual people - Play nice, although IC fighting is allowed if limited.
4. Please do not brag about a certain position you have.
5. All horses here must be fair.
6. Do not impersonate or descriminate Thanatos or any other higher-than-thou horses.
