The cave was quiet, dark, and lonely. The metallic mare who stood in it's gaping mouth peered out with an almost sick smile at the world. At the moment, she had two open wounds, one of which was so recent it still bled. She shivered delightfully at the feeling of the blood dripping down her side. The new lead, was supposed to be around somewhere, she leaned against the cave wall, too lazy to support herself. Irideon let the thoughts swirl through her mind, picking those that seemed interesting to concentrate on. Then thoughts of Damascus came around...she sighed, thinking of her deceased son. The colt had been lovely, a nice black one with no other markings, just no sense of hearing. And his father, this idiot, had not been able to overlook it.
Metallic blue eyes stared out at the land in front of it, off into the forest. She kept her silence, watching her surroundings silently. The tall mare was trained, and would not let a predator take her, but no one said she would move if something that could hurt her came her way. She was masochistic after all.
Irideon stood, silently watching as nothing happened. She could only hope that another horse would come around. Irideon was rather lonely these days.

Thanatos carefully picked his way through the dark cave. His markings lighting up, he could choose whether or not to make them glow. He closed them off, to keep the cave dark. No sense in not scaring the female supposed to want to join this herd; Regar Sumi. His herd. Although, those didn't seem to want to join these days, they preffered wandering. The wild's solitude wasn't anough for him, it deeply annoyed him that most were so foolish and folly they couldn't even make up which 'side' they wanted to reside on! Regar Sumi wasn't most horses' choices, just because those darkly horses resided here, and the Regar Lord had wrought destrouction on those of the Heaven. Deadly. That was how most described them. None veered even close to them though. Although, there wasn't much of a 'them.' Just him. Him. Alone. The cave founded his solitude.
Trotting up silently beside her, lightly floating so he made no noise, he whispered into her ear, 'Deary, if you're looking for peace, I suggest leaving.' His dark, blood-red eye glowed, and he allowed his glowy markings to appear again. He gave a malicious smile, and took her in. Stoney, mattellic. Nothing he couldn't put up with. Bleeding. Something he could fix, yet why? Why shouldn't he just leave her, or kill her? He pondered these thoughts carefully to himself, wondering why he wouldn't. Or, at least why he shouldn't. Maybe it was because the dear Thanatos was not a killer. Maybe she attracted his likings. Will we ever know?

Metallic pelt, scarred, and somewhat disgusting. Her delicate ears, pricks as they seemed, turned to catch the sound he gave. Her light blue eyes giving a somewhat sick look. She laughed as he dimmed his markings. Turning to see him, she noted his rather daunting appearance, and simply shrugged. Horns and wings gave an edge, not just in battle, but also in appearance. Was she calling him sexy, maybe.
Irideon did nothing to hide her delight at accompanyment, and when told her peace was not hear, she merely replied. "Well, there is indeed no peace here, if I were looking for peace, I'd go to them pretty Majestics." She answered his statement with little care. She turned, and bit at a scar, causing it to bleed. She grinned at him in her own sort of sick way. Her mane and tail swaying slightly in the small breeze. The big stallion with his ram horns and wings and glowing eyes and markings stared at her, thinking about something. "Are you just gonna stand and look at me, or are you going to converse. Just because I'm a mare and Regar Sumi doesn't mean that I'm some old whore or some beaten up bag of bones, I do like conversation." She said, she had her suspicions as to who he was, and she liked the idea of speaking with him, if only for a little while.
